10% discount for bookings of three weeks or more
$70 cleaning fee charged for rentals less than 7 nights
Minimum rental period 3 nights.
To make a reservation a deposit of $175 or £100 per week is payable (non-refundable)
8 weeks prior to arrival balance due together with (refundable) security deposit * of $350 or £200
Full payment required if cancellation is less than eight week before departure
